Privacy policy
InTenz’s commitments to protecting personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).
The French version prevails.

Data collected
Contact: name, email, company, phone, subject, message, attachment and, depending on the subject, a few optional details about your project.
Applications: name, email, target role, message, CV.
Browsing: anonymised statistics, without cookies (see the cookie policy).
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request; the others are optional.
How requests are handled
Each form submission is emailed to InTenz’s contact mailbox.
A copy, without attachments, is stored in the website database, accessible to administrators only.
Attachments and CVs are not kept on the website server: they are kept only in our mailbox.
Recipients
Your data is handled only by the InTenz staff involved in your request or application.
It is hosted or processed by processors bound by contract: Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus) for the website, its database and delivery network; Microsoft (Microsoft 365) for our email, which receives requests; Defiant Inc. (Wordfence, United States) for protecting the website against attacks, which receives the IP addresses of suspicious connections.
Purposes
Answering requests, handling applications, measuring audience anonymously, sending you information about our services related to your professional activity (with the right to object), meeting legal obligations.
Legal bases
Contract or pre-contractual measures, legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent where required.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (GDPR articles 15 to 22) via contact@intenz.fr.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
You may also set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Retention periods
Contact: 3 years after last contact.
Applications: 2 years after the last exchange, unless you object.
Audience statistics: erased once a year (manual reset), and in any case no later than 25 months after collection.
Requests and applications stored on the website are deleted automatically at the end of these periods.
Security and third parties
Appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, firewall, restricted access) protect your data.
Your data is never sold or rented.

Transfers outside the EU
Microsoft and Defiant may process some data outside the European Union, notably in the United States.
These transfers rely on the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or, failing that, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, a copy of which is available from contact@intenz.fr.
